Cancellation & Return Policy

To provide best class service we have design our return policy keeping in mind that oye customer doesn’t face any hassle while requesting for return.

Customer can contact us via call /mail / chat support & he/she can request for the return within 48 hrs of receipt,

We will not entertain any return / refund request for the product value which is less than 200 rupees. 

In case customer complaining us after 48 hrs we are sorry as we won’t be able to take request for return as we are bound as per company’s policy.

In case of apparels & footwear’s we will accept return only when product is in unused condition as we have some guidelines from our supplier end which we need to follow.

In case we received product to our warehouse will do quality check in case we found that product is in used condition we will not entertain it & same will be shipped from our end to customer.

We would request if he/she is requesting for return below criteria need to follow.

All electronic products come with warranty it would be differ from product to product because for some product we are offering manufacturing warranty for some product we have seller warranty.

Once return request is registered we would request to pack the packet in same original box along with invoice & once shipment is packed, need to send the images on fliponcare@gmail.com so that our team can request our partner to pick up the shipment from customer place at the earliest.

Once pick up is done we would request to share the pickup receipt on our support so that issue can be escalated to higher authorities & we can close it at the earliest. 

Criteria for Return


Wrong Product Received
In case of wrong product received we would request you to please share images for product along with outer packing / inner packing / with original invoice on fliponcare@gmail.com within 48 hrs from the receipt of the product.


Damaged Product Received
In case you have received damaged product we would request you to please share images for product along with outer packing / inner packing / with original invoice on fliponcare@gmail.com within 48 hrs from the receipt of the product.


Size Issue / Quality Issue/ Color Issue (Only Applicable for Apparels & Footwear’s)
Customer can contact us via Call / Chat / Email on our registered contact details. We will accept the return only if the product is in unused condition. IF we received shipment return to back our warehouse we have a policy for quality check in case we found that product received in used condition we will not proceed for refund or replacement & same will be dispatched as it is to customer.

Product Not As per Description
In case you find that product not as per description which was shown on website we would request you to please share the images of the product with outer packing / inner packing / with original invoice on fliponcare@gmail.com
